October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease.

🌷It’s the commonest malignant diseases in women.<The ratio of breast cancer is 1.8.🌷Pakistan has the highest incidence of breast cancer in Aisa.  

Breast Cancer :

Breast cancer is a disease in which malignant (cancer) cells form in the tissues of the breast. 

Early detection can save live:

Regular breast self examination.* Breast ultrasound.* Mammography (Xray of the breast).

Risk Factors:

*Age over 40.* Women with first child after age 35.* Nulliparous women* Hormones replacement therapy.* Early menarche and late menopause.* Inherited genes.* Obesity.* Smoking.

Symptoms: * Appearance of a lump in the breast or underarm.* Non-healing nipple score.* Retraction of normal nipple.* Redness of nipple or surrounding area.* Enlargement of one breast.* Hanging of one breast in respect to the other.* Skin changes occurring on the breast.* Breast pain or discomfort in a specific area. In case of any symptoms kindly contact your doctors.
